The Grays SA junior clothing guide gives typical heights by age. We use these only as a rough guide when you don't know your child's height:
- Ages 5 to 6: about 110–119 cm
- Ages 7 to 8: about 119–131 cm
- Ages 9 to 10: about 131–143 cm
- Ages 11 to 12: about 143–155 cm
Children of the same age vary a lot, so measure if you can. Shops don't all stock every size: many list 36.5" and 37.5" for seniors, and junior ranges often stop at 34", 35" or 36". Our size finder also shows sticks within half an inch of the chart size.
